Returns & Refunds Policy

In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at returns [at] envisionimplants.com for a return authorization number. You may also call our toll free number (1 866 625 6837) to receive a return authorization number. The return authorization number is required to process a return.

Exchanges must be returned within ten days from the date your items were received. All items must be returned to us in the original condition and in the original box. Due to the nature of the additional try on implants, these may not be exchanged for different sizes. Damaged implants may be exchanged for the same size only. Please inspect your sizing kit on arrival and report any damaged products immediately. The implants included in the kit and the additional implants have been made to withstand normal handling associated with placing them in a bra and wearing them for a short period. They are not intended for long term use and will rupture if handled roughly or inappropriately. Return items to us freight prepaid and insured for your protection.

Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information will be used to process transactions, track demographics and consumer trends. We do not provide anyone outside of our company with data on our customers.
